We wanted to wait until a majority of people had reconnected with social media before we shared this post, in hope of more people reading it.
At the end of last year we decided to put together Christmas Cheer Packs for our members and their family after a difficult year for so many.
Our hope was to enable members and their family to come together to reconnect, have fun, enjoy new experiences and most importantly create new memories together.
Due to the fact all of our annual fundraisers had been cancelled because of Covid our resources were low, so we put out a post asking if anyone would like to help us by donating any new items to add to the items we had purchased.
What can i say ~ we were blown away by the response and together we managed to create Christmas Cheer packs for all our families to enjoy. The messages and feedback we have received from the families has been so heart warming and during deliveries the smiles we saw and the tears of happiness were truly special.
